Become a Vendor

It would be an honor to have you join our team! Check out the different vendor options below and click the one best for you. 

Indoor Booths

We have four sale barns with 33 booths each.  There are six 10’ booths in each barn, the rest are 15’.  All booths are 14’ deep.  The 15’ booths rent for $165 and 10’ $110, this includes electricity.  Currently the contract discount is 40% making the 15’ $99 and 10’ $66.  We really like to rent these in person, if at all possible, so that we can show you what is available in each barn.  If this is not possible for you or you already know what space you want to rent then please submit your contract and you will be billed by email.

Outdoor Vendors

There are two areas to be an outside vendor.  Tent Row is the area between the two rows of sale barns.  All of these spaces are 15’ x 15’ and rent for $25.  If you want electricity that is $10.  The Junker’s Dream area is between the parking lot and the first row of sale barns.  These spaces begin at 20’ x 20’ and rent for $40, plus $10 if you want electricity.  Not all spaces are this size and the prices vary depending on the size.  

Food Vendors

There is a food court that contains all our food vendors.  This is located between the parking lot and Barn B.  There is a picnic area and stage.  This area also contains the Man Cave which provides seating and TVs.  Food vendors preparing and serving a full menu Must do so with a food truck and MUST have current certification by the Health Dept.  The rent for a full food service vendor is $225.  Please provide a copy of your menu and Health Dept certificate. I am limited in the number of 50 amp hookups, so I need to know your electrical requirements.  Snack vendors may use a tent setup and can only be serving packaged items or single item menus (snow cones, coffee, tea, etc.)  The rent for a snack vendor is $125.  Please provide a list of your items for sale. Both Food and Snack vendors may do an annual contract and receive the current 40% discount.  Any questions please call Rosie 318-680-1304.

All vendors are responsible for their own sales tax reports and payments.  Big Creek sends a monthly report of who is at each show to the sales tax offices.  The total state rate currently is 8.2% (state 4.45%, Lincoln Parish 3.75%).  The forms are provided below for you to print and mail to the appropriate authority.  They are due by the 20th day of the month following the show.  You do not have to be registered with either office as the forms show that you are a vendor at Big Creek Trade Days.
